Software Requirements

The software / browsers that can be used run the the cvshealth2faccess.careamrk.com site consists of:

  • Windows 7 Operating System. Windows 8 and Windows 10 are not officially supported but may work.
Browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
  • Google Chrome version 51.0 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox Build 45.0 or higher
  • Note: Microsoft Edge browser is not supported for use with cvshealth2faccess online applications.
Java (for Client Online Access - Java Client option):

  • Java 7 updates 51 - 75
  • Java 8 updates 31 - 121
Note: If you are attempting to access the Client Online Access application from the Windows 32-bit Internet Explorer (typically the default version on Windows operating systems) you will need a 32-bit version of Oracle Java installed. If attempting to access the application with the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer you can load either 32-bit or 64-bit Oracle Java. If using both versions of Internet Explorer on the same workstation it is recommended that both 32-bit and 64-bit Oracle Java be installed and the proper version of the Oracle Java addon be enabled in each browser.

  • OnDemand Reporting users must have Adobe Acrobat installed.
